Delete your account
TradieKit is operated by The Tradie Kit Pty Ltd ACN 682 427 532. You can delete your account directly in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to TradieKit.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- In the Danger zone, choose Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@thetradiekit.com.au from the address on your TradieKit account. Include “TradieKit account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting and will confirm the outcome and any applicable retention requirements.
What is deleted
An in-app request closes your TradieKit sign-in, cancels any active TradieKit subscription, deletes the core profile and job records held in Supabase, and starts removal of stored job photos and associated provider records.
TradieKit records the request before closing the account so billing, analytics, diagnostics, AI, hosting, rate-limit and backup tasks can be reconciled. We aim to complete that process within 30 days. We will email the account address when it is complete and identify any category that must be retained, why it is retained and the applicable retention period. This page is an operational summary; the Privacy Policy remains the controlling notice.
